In the interview Sanjay Leela Bhansali stated that Salman Khan is his only friend in Bollywood. Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali were about to work together but due to some circumstances it couldn’t happen and they both have some different opinions.

In the interview Salman Khan Sanjay Leela Bhansali said “ Salman Khan is a very dear friend. I wanted to work with Salman Khan after “Padmavat”. I put my best efforts to make it happen. He has changed his mind. I have changed my mind. But it’s not breaking a relationship. He still calls me and I whenever I pick up the phone and I talk to him and he talks to me exactly the same way where we left. We are not strangers. There is nothing like us not liking each other and not speaking to each other. He still stands by me always. He keeps telling me about my mistakes. There is something wrong here. He has been a very important part of who I am today. And I have always been respectful of that.”
Sanjay Leela Bhansali said that his movie InshaAllah was stopped. But Salman Khan never stops talking to me. This film doesn’t happen but he still stands by me.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Salman Khan didn’t work for a long time. but he believes that Salman Khan has a good sense of humor. They both have worked together in “Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam”, “Khamoshi”and “Sawariya”. After 12 years in 2019 they both were going to work together again in the movie “Inshallah” but due to some circumstances this couldn’t happen.
