The director of movies like Dangal, Chhichhore, and Bhoothnath Returns, Nitesh Tiwari, is working on a project of Ramayana. He started filming with Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi in the roles of Lord Ram and Goddess Sita in the movie, and their character first-look photos got leaked and went viral on social media platforms.
After the major leaks, as per reports, the director decided to reduce the chances of another leak, so he made sure that the shooting would be in the interiors to avoid the chances of another leak from a movie set.
Did Nitesh Tiwari change Ramayana’s schedule?
Nitesh Tiwari and his team have been shooting for this movie in Goregaon’s Film City, which is a neighborhood of Mumbai. The director primarily focused on indoor shots as the result of outdoor shoots got major leaks.
According to reports, he will shoot outdoors for Ramayana at night in the upcoming three weeks. Moreover, the set will be protected from photographers and spectators snooping around for shots, and in the initial stage of production, he also applied a no-phone policy on the set.
Nitesh Tiwari made additional changes to the set and hired private security to prevent leaks from paparazzi or fans. The outdoor shoots begin in a couple of weeks at night with a protective environment from the leaks. What more do we know about Ramayana?

As we know, Ranbir and Sai are playing major roles in Ramayana there are more interesting casts in the movie, like Lara Dutta and Arun Govil, who will be seen playing roles of Kekayi and Raja Dashrat. Other big names in the film industry, such as Sunny Deol, Rakul Preet Singh, and Bobby Deol, will also join the film’s cast.
In the movie, Sunny Deol will be seen playing the role of Lord Hanuman. Similarly, Bobby Deol and Rakul Preet Singh will be playing the roles of Kumbhkaran and Surpanekha, and lastly, one of the most interesting characters of Ravan will be played by the rocking star of KGF, Yash.
