Kangana Ranaut and Karan Johar worked together in the past in Ungli films; however, nowadays they do not share a friendly bond; they have been involved in a long-standing feud, but recently Karan Johar reacted to Kangana Ranaut’s slap incident at Chandigarh airport.

Karan Johar recently spoke about the Kangana slap incident at the airport while he was in Mumbai for the trailer launch event of his co-production film, Kill. A person from the media at the event questioned Karan about what his opinion was about getting slapped by the CISF constable.

Karan waited a while and responded to that interviewer’s question by saying, “Dekhiye, I don’t support or condone any form of violence, verbal or physical.”

About Karan Johar and Kangana Ranaut’s relationship

Karan Johar and Kangana Ranaut have feuded for a long time. It started around six years ago when Karan invited Kangana to his show, Koffee With Karan. During the show, Kangana called Karan a movie mafia’ and a ‘flag bearer of nepotism’, and Karan responded to her by saying that she could leave the industry if she had many problems with it and that she should stop playing the victim card and their rivalry did not stop there. Kangana also accused Karan of manipulating the box office figures of his film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani’.

About the slap incident with Kangana Ranaut

Kangana Ranaut won the Lok Sabha election in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh; she represented the Bharatiya Janata Party, and the next day she was traveling to Delhi for her meeting of the National Democratic Alliance.

She completed security checkups, and while crossing the security arrangements, she was slapped by a CISF constable named Kulwinder Kaur at the Chandigarh International Airport. The reason behind slapping her was that Kangana commented on the ladies who came in support of farmers’ protests against the three farm laws. After that incident, Kulwinder Kaur was suspended, and an FIR was filed against her.
