Mr and Mrs Mahi is one of the most awaited films of the year. Finally the wait is over. Jhanvi Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao’s “Mr and Mrs Mahi” is released today and getting positive reviews and a lot of love from the fans.
Cast and crew of the film
The film Mr and Mrs Mahi is directed by Sharan Sharma, written by Nikhil Mehrotra and Sharan Sharma and the producers of the movie are Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta. And the film is backed by Dharma Production.
Rajkumar Rao is seen in the lead role in the film including Janhvi Kapoor, Zarina Wahab, Himanshu Jaykar, Kumud Mishra, Rajesh Sharma, Abhishek Banerjee. Purunendu Bhattacharya, Yamini Das, Abhilash Chaudhary, Hitesh Bhojraj and Shashie Verma.
Review of the film
Rajkumar Rao is playing the lead role of the film as Mahendra Agarwal who is an aspiring cricketer but he couldn’t become a cricketer. Janakpur is also playing a lead role character in the film as Mahima who is a doctor and later becomes a cricketer.
The film starts when Mahendra Agarwal is playing a Ranji Trophy match and he is unable to hit the shot on the last ball due to which he loses and he is not selected for the national team.And his unsupportive father tells him to leave cricket now and take care of work and after that he works in his father’s sports shop.
After 5 years he gets married to trainee doctor Mahima Rajkumar Rao again starts to play cricket but he can’t play. One day he saw his wife playing cricket and after that he decided to make her a cricketer.
He starts coaching her. After that really hard and started playing well and got selected for the state team. And then Rajkumar Rao became jealous of Jhanvi Kapoor’s fame. And now he is not getting the attention from his wife. As a cricketer Janhvi Kapoor is really doing good but their mutual relation starts deteriorating.

Advance booking of the film
The film “Mr and Mr Mahi” had an advance booking collection of about Rs. 250000. The ticket’s were discounted to rupees 99. It is expected that this film will earn well at the box office too. Over one 1,50,000 tickets at the three national chance ( PVR INOX and Cinepolis have been sold till May 30.
